Very comfortable
I use these for work since I do a lot of walking in a large warehouse, along with sometimes walking over minor obstacles and climbing ladders. Haven’t actually tried them for water resistance (yet). I usually take a 12W, but they felt a bit too small, so I went with the 13W and they fit me perfectly. I might even buy an extra pair for when these wear out!

Decent Product
After receiving it, I wore them for a walk and an easy hike. The boots look as displayed in the pictures and are true to size. The toe box is not narrow and my toes do not feel cramped. Insoles don’t feel they are too thin. I did not feel like walking on pebbles when hiking over tough terrains. The strings did not get undone for the entire walk and hike. Did not feel sweaty feet during the exercise until I got home and started taking them off. But it was not too bad. Ventilation/moisture wicking can be improved. Didn’t slip when I walked on wet grasses and leaves, a steep incline and wet concrete sidewalks. Don’t know how good they will be over ice and snow. Also, they kept my feet dry over wet grasses and leaves. So, they should be at least water resistant. Overall, they are comfortable and do not require breaking them in. Will update if they do not hold up more than 6 months.

Excellent fit
I currently live in Thailand, and unless you get custom made footwear, it is virtually impossible to buy a USA size 13. These hiking boots fit perfectly and also received an extra set of laces in the box.

Narrow by the toes
I’m a size 9 had to buy the 9 wide but it was still narrow compared to other shoes. Other wise fells good. Had to add a shoe sole insert as the one it comes with is practically useless.

Surprisingly comfortable
These shoes are better then expected. Not sure how long they will last, but theyre better then my Merrell Moabs right now. Good sizing and plenty of wiggle room. Would definitely get another pai for the price point.

Awesome
I broke my ankle quite a few years ago, and haven’t been able to find a boot that would not squeeze my ankle. These are perfect. I ordered the exact size that I needed, and they are great. The sizing chart said i should be able to fit in a 8.5 no way. I am 9.5 and wide i order 10w perfect . I hope these stay around for a while it was hard to find a nice pair like this.

Very Comfortable.
These are so comfortable and much less heavy than the boots I used to wear. I wear these as my work shoes and I’m on my feet 10 hours a day and don’t have much discomfort at all. These also stand up very well to water conditions. My feet don’t get wet at all. If I had to say anything bad it’s that they don’t keep my feet warm very long. I work in a cold warehouse and no matter what type of sock I use I still get cold feet. To be honest I don’t think that has much to do with the shoe and might just be me.

I bought these for my husband for hiking, but he decided to order another pair for work. He was absolutely amazed on how comfortable they are. He says they’re roomier then he expected them to be. And that they are extremely comfortable. 10 outta 10 will recommend 👌🏿. He’s very picky when it comes to buying shoes. And he has not one bad thing to say about these. And he wears a size 15W

I thought they were leather or something
Its just plastic/ rubber..they feel ok I guess, but if you’re a young guy out in a date she will notice these cheap boots 😂Edit: I have been wearing them for a couple days now and my first review was way to harsh, the inside of the shoe is comfortable, foam I guess and good stitching cloth, I am old guy stuck in the middle of nowhere, I guess I didn’t know this was the style now .. I would try their product again

Get size 8 if you are size 9 in US!
I am a US size 9 Men’s (and have been for 20 years), and I got the size 8 and they fit perfectly.I had ordered this shoe in a size 9 and it was too large and my socks fell off and got blisters in the shoe. I tried to make it work since I was very remote by putting on extra socks, and it didn’t work.I find these to be good quality.

Not too bad for a budget boot.
Out the box the boots ran a half size to big, but I easily fixed this by adding a thicker insole. Break in time was just a couple days and so far they are holding up nicely to warehouse work. The waterproofing does work for now but probably won’t last not being gortex or anything of that quality. Normally I wear higher end boots so these actually surprised me for being inexpensive. They are more comfortable then my Merrell moab boots.

Husband loves them
I had bought a brown pair at a local store about 3 years ago. My husband loved them, he continued to wear them with holes in them. He looked like a homeless person in need of shoes. I bought him the black pair with the agreement the brown pair goes directly into the trash. These boots last a long time! He says they are very comfortable. And he likes that they are water proof. I highly recommend as my husband doesn’t usually like one thing that long.

Super comfortable
I normally don’t write reviews but I feel these deserve some praise. I originally intended to use these boots for lawn work but they are so comfortable I wear them going out while doing chores. I accidently spilled an entire bottle of beer on it and it kept my foot dry. Let’s see how long they last. Overall A+

VERY COMFORTABLE HIKING BOOT
I put them through a pretty rigorous test right out of the box. Hiking pretty close to straight up banks mushroom hunting for a couple miles and they did the job. Great traction and very comfortable on my feet. Haven’t got them wet yet so I’ll add that to my review when it happens.

Passed the winter stress test!
I bought these boots specifically to shovel snow in my driveway. It’s slightly inclined concrete and can get pretty slippery. My old army boots had no grip; my running shoes had grip but inside twenty minutes my feet would be soaked and freezing.We’ve had a late winter, so I was thinking I might not even get to really try these boots out. Fortunately for this review (but unfortunately for my back and sanity), we’ve gotten about two and a half feet of snow in the past month, along with temperatures whipsawing between freezing and warm enough to thaw, which means plenty of ice. These boots have been awesome for the daily slog.I love the lace hooks at the top; I can essentially use these as slip-ons. The soles are VERY grippy; I’ve had no issues even on the slipperiest mornings. And they are more than water-resistant enough to keep my feet dry and warm as I push slushy snow off my driveway.They started out very stiff and clunky-feeling but have finally broken in and gotten flexible after several mornings of activity. They don’t feel as cushiony as some other boots I’ve worn, although a good pair of aftermarket insoles would probably help. All in all, I feel like I got excellent value and I expect to be shoveling snow in this for many winters to come.

Look low cost footwear for wide feet!! I got introduced to this company because needed wide flip flops, bought these boot on special and they have been great for the price point! Got 2 pairs of these boots like the flip flops. I’ll keep going back to this brand for price and quality, until some big corporation buys them out designs everything so they don’t fit and changes an arm and a leg for there footwear!! Super comfortable
I bought these for hiking and snow days. I figured I would only wear them when I needed them but they are super comfortable. I have with these everyday since I bought them. I’m on my feet all day at work and my feet never felt pain while wearing these shoes. The only thing stopping me from giving these a 5 star is that they are not waterproof. They are water resistant for sure but definitely not water proof.

Great price point for quality but Boot Does Runs Big
Product does provide value as boots are rugged and priced well. No they’re not Timberland, Columbia, or Merrill but the the price point is spot on for the quality. For the person that can only hit the trails a few times a month, these will get the job done.Note that these to run big. If you are a size 11 1/2 in Nike, you will need a 10 to 10 1/2 depending how snug you like your footwear.Recommended!

Great snow/hiking boot
Bought this for a winter, Montana. Very comfortable on the feet very warm. And had no issues with snow or water getting in. Durable tie offs for laces. However, the one thing was, and it could be a manufacturing defect, the tongue on the right foot was fairly short, so dug into the front of my ankle. Did not have this issue with the left.

Nice Looking and Comfortable.
Hiking Boots were well packaged when received, came with extra pair of laces also. Nice fit after I got the laces adjusted to my feet. Wore them all day with no issues, I normally wear a wide shoe to accommodate my socks but these boots fit just fine and very comfortable. Would recommend these hiking boots for comfort and looks.

Awesome boot all around… but not waterproof
I really really wanted to like these boots, but I just couldn’t…Pros :- Fit great out of the box – I usually have to size up or go for a wider size. Not these. Perfect-No break-in period. Comfy and good to go as soon as I started walking-Construction seems good for the price pointCons:- They are not waterproof or even water resistant. They soak up water like a sponge. The description online goes between waterproof and water resistant. On the boot itself is a metal bar that states “waterproof”. They are neither.Application :I walk my dog in a field every morning. There is accumulated water ( dew) in the grass. I happen to not like wet socks and wet feet so I needed a pair of field boots. These seemed to fit my need with a decent price point. After the first day of walking water started to soak through… after only a 15-minute walk in wet grass. Again, I really wanted to like them so I tried to apply some waterproofing from a well-known company, spray-on type. I followed the directions and that didn’t help, still soaks water like a sponge.Result :Back to amazon. I would recommend it if you need a hiking boot or overall field boot that is absolutely NOT waterproof. I bought a pair of Wolverine trade wedges and couldn’t be happier. Those are comfy and waterproof.Update: 11/2/23Customer service reached out and replaced my original boots with a different model that was waterproof. I am very happy with the customer service – they really went above and beyond to help me, many other companies would not take the time to reach out to their customers, understand the problem, and then offer to solve it for them…. in short, I am really impressed with their customer service. I’ve worn the new boots several times while walking my puppy and they are just as comfortable as the ones they replace- and this model is waterproof( has a rubberized coating). I don’t know how they will wear over time but they seem well made and I am only using them lightly every day so I feel like they will last. I changed my rating to 5 stars because of the outstanding customer service.

Comfortable and snug.
I would have given these shoes 5 stars because of their comfort, design, warmth, durability, water resistance, etc, etc. Great value for their price! Not really anything negative to say about these… Except… Only after about 2 weeks of wearing, one of the top lace hooks broke on me. I like to wear my shoes with the laces tight, but I have never had a hook break on any shoe before now. I can still wear with only using the bottom hooks. This is the only reason for a 4 star review.

Well Made and Confortable – Size 10 w/ Ample Room
I am a perfect, solid 10 Wide (average wide, not ultra wide) and this hiker fit me very well with ample room to install a cushion insole with a heavy sock. The shoe itself is stout and well made with good traction. Its design is perfect for me with achilles tendon relief and appropriate ankle support. I was told it looks good and I agree. Only time will tell if it holds up to the test of time. I’ll be back in a year.

Wide size is actually wide.
I have been wearing these shoes for a couple months now. I did replace the insole with a thicker version from Walmart. The shoes have been worn in snow and wet conditions, without any leaks, in temps around 10 degrees F. They are comfortable, seem durable, and are warm. I ordered these in the wide size, and they are wide! Plenty of room for a heavy sock. They are already wearing better than the Merrels I bought last year, and about a third the price. I would definitely buy again.

I ordered wide, it came wide. 4E wide. Perfect.
Flexible. Comfortable. Lighter weight and I ordered a size 9W and it came that way. Says water proof and water resistant. We don’t know yet, I have only worn them around the garage. That’s why I gave it 4 stars for now. I start back next week at my job on a golf course. We shall find out about the water stuff. Otherwise for the price, they are darn good. Again, one of the big things is that they seem as flexible in the toe area as a pair of tennis shoes, which is good. Everyone hates breaking in boots. So if you don’t plan on working a construction sight but still need some yard boots, these are them.

Durable & Comfortable
I already own a pair of NORTIV 8 Snow Boots so I’m familiar with the quality of this brand’s shoes. As such, I jumped at the opportunity to buy these NORTIV 8 Hiking Boots. And I’m glad I did for the following reasons.-Right out of the box it was evident to me that these hiking boots were well made and sturdy. You can see from the pictures I’ve displayed that these boots are durable from front to back and top down views. The stitching and seams are tight and true. The tread has good traction. The back loops make it easy to slip on and take off each boot. When you hold these boots in your hands, it’s clear that they are made from quality materials.-Since I wear a Size 12 Extra Wide shoe, it can be tricky finding boots that fit me comfortably. In this case, I opted for a Size 13 Wide boot and it was the right choice for me. Wearing them for the first time felt a little stiff on my daily walk. It took about 3,000 steps or a half mile for me to break them in. Now they fit me comfortably.In summary, these hiking boots are durable and comfortable. I’m very happy with this purchase and recommend these hiking boots.

Great First Impression – My first pair
You read the title correctly, this is my first honest pair of boots. I needed something for work, because I look terrible in sneakers concerning my work uniform and these work well. I snagged this for $40+. For the price to quality ratio this is superb. I was about to settle for Timberlands, Cats, or other known branded ones. This is an interesting case of observation, because when I did a side job for my friend, one of his workers observed that I was wearing these shoes and asked how much did I pay? I told him what I paid, his expression changed of that being surprised. “Thats a good deal” he commented. I didn’t come to impress anyone. But others know a good deal when they see one.I expected these things to not last a week, to tear, to crumble. That was not the case. The quality of these are great. The material is sturdy and it doesn’t feel cheap or terribly built. It feels like it was made with love. It is a hiking pair, not a steel boot, so I knew what I got myself into. I put these babies through some hard work. I clean and take care of them, rest assured. I am not the boy who cries wolf, when I don’t wield responsibility.So do I recommend others to get this? Absolutely, I will be getting a second or different pair. 9/10 Will buy again!

Better than I expected
I have about 60-70 miles in these hiking boots so far. About on par with my Keens, but are much better than my Merrell’s. Took about 5-6 miles for them to “form”. Did a 9 mile hike the other day and my feet felt great. I have not had them in the rain or water conditions yet. For the money, best hiking boot I ever had.One gripe. The back loop on top the heel part of the boot is too small.
