Register with Bosch within 28 days to get free 5 years warranty for entire appliance if you buy new one this year (2023); 10 years of free warranty for the drum drive motor by default! It’s super quiet. Unbelievably we was checking if it was working before we got used to it being so quiet. So very well made, it’s just a very well designed and built washing machine. Feels premium. Drum is protecting clothes and each program starts with dry weighting of load. Huge variety of programs, most of them can be adjusted in regards to temperature, spinning speed, extra water and even make them much quicker with “speed perfect” option. Love the black door as it helps to tie the machine in with things like our darker worktops and accessories, so far it cleans really well and for the first time in years since getting this machine we can actually smell the softener!. Highly recommend.

Excellent
This was to replace a Miele which broke. Bottom line, this model does all most people would ever need. Super quiet, the actual washing results exceeded my expectations. Much better than Miele and it removes more of the detergent in rinses which was a key requirement. If we put clothes in without any detergent with old machine we was surprised how much suds appeared. This has almost gone with this machine.. clothes feel much nicer

Good Service All Round
The washing machine was as described. It was bought at the offer price with installation of the machine and collection of the old machine paid for as an extra service.Driver communicated before arriving so we had cleared the area for installation by the time he arrived.Installation was quick but not rushed. A wash and drain cycle was run to ensure nothing was leaking before the installer/driver left.Installer was very confident of the quality of the work he did and (with out being prompted) gave me all the necessary information required if any problems occured.5/5 is for the level of service. The product is what it is.

The best
The best washing machine I ever had. So easy to use, even my husband can use it. Very quiet, we live in a downstairs flat with thin walls, but so smooth and quiet it could be used during the night. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new machine.

I was checking is it working before i got used to it being so quiet. Well made product. No whistles no glitter, just a very well designed and build washing machine. Feels premium. Drum is protecting clothes and each program starts with dry weighting of load. Huge variety of programs, most of them can be adjusted in regards to temperature, spinning speed, extra water and even make them much quicker with “speed perfect” option. Personally I’m trying to use mostly the eco program which takes around 3,5h and it’s done at night, freshly ready to hang in the morning as I’m using delay option. This way i benefit from A energy rating and clothes feel really clean. This washer is VERY HEAVY. this eliminates the vibrations, be prepared for it if you willinstall it yourself

Extremely poor product with woeful customer service.
The washing machine arrived with a hole in the connector hose. Luckily I trurned on the water before pushing into recess where it sits. I noticed a fine spray of water from the hose where it connects to the machine. I contacted Bosch who have still not replied 72 hours later. I had to drive to a hardware shop to buy a new hose so we could use the machine. We thought by buying a more expensive machine it would be better quality and customer service. How wrong we were. I also had to miss work as we needed the machine for the kid clothes so now also out of pocket for wages as well as a hose. Avoid at all costs. Still waiting 5 days later for a response from seller!! Update 10 Dec 22: Still no response 7 days after purchase and no hose, disgusting. Also link to contact seller has now disappeared. Avoid at all costs. The seller has still not been in touch regards the hose and it is now 08 Jan 2023, absolutely pathetic customer service.

Horrible wash machine
You Sent me a disgusting washing machine, it’s like there’s an earthquake in the house, God damn you, I’ll file a complaint. I’m not happy at all. It makes a weird noise, it shakes all the time, it sounds like it’s going to explode, it’s terrifying and terrible. Explain what you sent me, you damn people.😡😡😡😡😡

Good but not great
The first thing to realise is not all Bosch machines are still made in Germany. I believe only their premium machines [series-8] are now made there.That said this machine does what its supposed to do. my old Bosch machine lasted 15+ years so I’m sorta hoping for at least 10 with this one…but we shall see.Another thing to remember…& this is with most modern washers…is they take a very long time to finish a cycle…over 3-hours in some cases. I’m guessing this has a lot to do with the A rating of the machines?All in all the machine is pretty good & although I’ve only used it a handful of times so far it seems fine.A lot quieter than my old Bosch too…which towards the end sounded like a German tank starting up in the kitchen..

FAULTY ON ARRIVAL.
Washing came out hot and creased. Then my partner noticed the timer go from 1.02mins. to28secs. Contacted Bosch and they suggested a faulty progeammer. Amazon amazing with replacement.

Great machine at a good price. Shame about the treats.
Really impressed with this machine and 5 year warranty and £489 price. Bosch offer of detergent was very frustrating with their agent creating new obstacles at every turn. In the end I offered to take it up with the ASA, Bosch and Amazon and they became suddenly chatty…. Poor experience for a few bottles of Persil. Awaiting receipt.

The machine is great but DON’T BUY IT FROM AMAZON
Don’t buy from Amazon as customer support is utterly useless. There was a part with minor damage that Bosch agreed to replace but just needed some authorisation from Amazon. However, all Amazon offered was to return the machine for a refund, which is patently stupid.So, DO buy this machine, but get if from somewhere like Currys.

Delivery and machine both perfect
The delivery driver and partner were very polite and got the machine exactly where it needed to be. Fantastic service indeed. Machine had no damage at all. And my wife who will be the main driver of this device says it is just what she needed. Only one thing it has no delayed start !!

Very good product.
I mostly just use “mixed load” & a fairly full load. It washes & spins this well in about an hour. Otherwise, as usual, lots of settings’ choice which often take longer so haven’t tried them. I’d make tte same choice of machine had I to do it again.

Little puddle
Brilliant washing machine but leaves a little puddle on floor about 10 cm in front of door. This is caused when door is opened as water sits on door seal and the door carries the water forward to drip on floor.
