I am very happy with this supplier. That’s why I value with 5 stars. First of all, I did not feel neglected at any time and we were always in permanent contact. Secondly, when I made the order I was wrong because I ordered a more expensive and less powerful laptop, and when I made the change for a more powerful and cheaper one, we agreed that when I got home and everything was correct, they would return $50 as compensation. Third, when the laptop came home within 2 minutes of connecting the charger, the charger sparkled and left me without power at home and it did not work again (surely due to the cold and condensation of the internal circuits of transport by plane from china to Spain), As they made me the replacement of the charger without problems, as well as labels in Spanish for keyboard and new instruction manual, as the customs inspection lost it.
